Dawn’s clients will attest to how much she loves her work and her deep commitment to their wellbeing helps them feel secure about their future. Over her 20+ year career, she’s developed a process for designing strategies to assist clients with meeting their financial goals, no matter what stage of life and holds her Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®) designation.
Dawn’s passions are travel, adventure, live theater, great food, and holistic health/fitness. Her interest in health & wellness is due to being a lifelong athlete and coach, and she recently attained her Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach accreditation
(FMCHC) from the Institute for Functional Medicine.
Dawn has also served as a volunteer for the Leadership Council for Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS and as a Mentor with Rosie's Theater Kids for many years. Her accomplishments include performing in the musical “Wicked” on Broadway, running the 2014 Boston Marathon, being an Olympic Development Soccer Player, and being awarded NCAA Goalkeeper of the Year. Dawn was an athletic coach for the Olympic Development Soccer Team in CT and Region I, Wesleyan University Women’s Soccer, and a Goalkeeper Coach for Quinnipiac Univ. Women’s Soccer.
She graduated with her B.S. from Quinnipiac University, where she was an All-American goalkeeper on the Women’s Soccer Team, and in 2000, she was inducted into the Quinnipiac Athletic Hall of Fame. She still ranks as the top goalkeeper in school history and holds school records for saves in a game, season, and career.

Arwen Lowbridge

Arwen’s mission is to help people achieve their financial goals while living life to the fullest. Her clients feel confident when faced with big decisions because of her educational and individualized approach. She specializes in planning for arts & entertainment professionals, LGBTQ+ folx, and career women/women business owners.
She is a community volunteer who serves as Chair of the Finance and Investment Committee and Board Member for the Women’s Fund of Western MA. She is also the Co-Chair of the Community Engagement pillar for Baystate Financial’s Diversity and Inclusion Council. She received her Certificate in Financial Planning from Boston University in 2022 and holds her Series 7, and Series 66 registrations and insurance licenses.
She lives in the beautiful Berkshire Hills of Western Massachusetts with her husband and their dog, Bodhi. Her passions are philanthropy, gardening, and all-butter-from-scratch baking and she is a lifelong animal lover.
She is a career-changer who worked in the arts & entertainment industry before leaping into finance. She has a BFA (honors) from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts and a Certificate in Fundraising and Development from Rollins College’s Crummer School of Business. In her previous career, she raised millions of dollars in support of arts & cultural programs nationally and worked with internationally renowned artists in all disciplines. She’s what is known as a “triple-threat” and performed in and produced live shows, festivals, and events for 20+ years.

Ashley Bairos

As a Financial Advisor, Ashley Bairos' mission is to assist individuals, families, and business owners in defining their financial goals and achieving financial freedom. She is trained and licensed to provide financial solutions to her clients and prospects. Her goal is to become a lifelong resource to her clients, and she is dedicated to assisting them through the various stages of their financial lives.
At Baystate Financial, Ashley utilizes the team approach and draws upon the wealth of knowledge of her associates to create custom-designed financial strategies for her clients. Ashley holds a Masters in Marine Ecology from Green Mountain College where she studied foraging habits of sea turtles in The Bahamas. After spending 10 years teaching, Ashley transitioned to the financial services industry in 2021.
When not serving clients, Ashley is a volunteer EMT and lives in with her Brittany Spaniel named Scout. She still enjoys coaching ice hockey from time to time but most of her free time is spent outdoors with her dog.
